I've been called many things, but one thing that has stuck out for me the past few years is being called a "Collector". Yes, a collector! I collect stories through the images I capture with my camera. I’m a pretty laid back person, and a photo session with me is also pretty fun and relaxed. I’ve always loved a good story and I enjoy using my camera lens to help people tell theirs. I’m a wife, a mother and a photographer and I love all aspects of my life. My son Jackson is the absolute joy of my life and he tells the story of Tiffany the Photographer best so far, so here it is...
“I was born and you took my pictures and everyone said I was the cutest baby ever and so you took more pictures - because I was the cutest baby ever - and that’s why you became a photographer...” (Jackson Powell; AKA My Boss)
He’s kinda right. Photography has been a long time hobby but I decided on a career as a photographer, after I became a mom. I’ve always enjoyed taking pictures but never dreamed this would become my career. I love it!
I rarely take myself too seriously and I try my best to always find a little bit of joy in everything. I really enjoy senior photography in particular because your senior portraits present you with an opportunity to showcase who you are (beyond anyone else’s definition) at this moment. I love not only creating amazing portraits of you but also providing you with a one of a kind unforgettable experience while we are at it. Before you head off to kick butt in this next chapter of your life I want to capture your story and share it with the rest of the world. While I’m at it, I’m happy to share more of my story with you.
