If you live in the northeastern part of the United States then Labor Day remains a fairly common marker signaling that school will soon be back in session. Here in the southeast, and in Georgia in particular many of the schools have been back in session for almost a full month already. The weather outside is still hot and humid, and the sun is shinning providing for long days but school is definitely in session. The climate and our desires to keep the summer fun going for a little bit longer lead to clothing choices that are kinda still screaming summer summer summertime, even though class is now in session. I had the pleasure to work with 5, charming, intelligent and beautiful young women for the cover and feature article in the August issue of South Fulton Lifestyle Magazine.
Did you know we travel all over the Atlanta Metro area to service our clients? I love my studio located in West Midtown at the GoatFarm but sometimes our clients need for us to come to their location. Peachtree City was the location for this fashion editorial shoot. Fab'rik at the Avenue Peachtree City and styled each of the looks and provided the clothing and accessories. The staff at Fab'rik were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to collaborating with them on more styled photoshoots in the future. Rather than focus solely on the what to wear aspect of heading back to school I wanted to also take an opportunity to highlight the unique way the founder of Fab'rik, Dana Spinola has created an avenue for the company to give back to the community while still building a thriving business.
As an Atlanta based photographer specializing in Senior Portraits and Branding I love meeting young people from around the city. Each of these young ladies attends or attended a different High School in the Metro Atlanta area. Two of them recently graduated and will be heading off to new adventures and the remaining three have one or two more years before it will be time for them to take their senior photo. I am excited to be working with all of them and I will be introducing these lovely young ladies to you individually over the next few weeks. In the meantime please enjoy a few of the group images.
